Vestido Rojo

Go Red Por Tu Corazon is a bilingual movement that is raising awareness of heart disease among Latinas by reaching out to them in ways that will make a lasting impact. Latina women are the gate keeper of health for their families. By impacting “la mujer de las casa” (the woman of the house) we impact the entire family. Vestido Rojo (Red Dress) is a half day interactive educational event offered in both English and Spanish. Participant’s journey through a series of health-focused workshops designed to provide experiential education aimed at increasing knowledge of cardiovascular disease, stroke, and risk reduction strategies.
