Each year, the Sandi Haddock Community Impact Honor is presented at the Dallas Go Red for Women luncheon to a leader who has significantly improved the health of women in our community
The American Heart Association is proud to recognize Tim Wallace as the 2020 Sandi Haddock Community Impact honoree. Tim was integral in the inception of this honor in 2014, to recognize Sandi Haddock for her inspirational service to our community. We look forward to bringing this honor full circle, celebrating Tim and his retirement from Trinity Industries, Inc., along with the women of Trinity Industries and sister company, Arcosa, Inc. at this year’s Go Red for Women luncheon.
For more than 11 years, Trinity Industries has made a collective impact of nearly $7.5 million on the life-saving mission of the American Heart Association. Not only has Trinity Industries made an incredible monetary impact, but they have weaved the American Heart Association’s mission and values within the cultural fabric of Trinity Industries and Arcosa. None of this would be possible without the passionate leadership and dedication of Tim, a Trinity Industries veteran of nearly 45 years, including 20 years as Chief Executive Officer.
2019 was a milestone year for Tim and the team at Trinity Industries. They broke records by raising over $1 million dollars with their annual Côtes du Coeur business partner campaign and achieved Circle of Excellence status by raising over $100,000 through the Dallas Heart Walk.
As a volunteer leader for the American Heart Association, Tim has set the bar for impactful and sustainable growth, sponsored female leaders’ involvement through Circle of Red and made truly transformational personal gifts to the American Heart Association, inspiring others to do the same.
