Melissa & Steve Grimshaw
Caliber Collision Centers

Steve Grimshaw is Chief Executive Officer of Caliber Collision Centers, one of the largest collision repair companies in the U.S. with revenues in excess of $1.2 billion.
Steve joined Caliber Collision in September, 2009 from Safety-Kleen Systems, the largest re-refining and environmental services company in North America. Steve served as Executive Vice President of the West Group responsible for more than $500 million in revenue across a network of 100 branches, recycle centers, oil terminals and distribution centers. Steve held P&L responsibility over each of these facilities and more than 2,000 employees across the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Asia.
During his tenure at Safety-Kleen, Steve held executive leadership positions running branch sales and operations, national accounts, business management, marketing and international operations.
Prior to joining Safety-Kleen, Steve was Director of Sales and Marketing for Valvoline’s First Recovery oil services division.
Steve graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Along with Caliber Collision’s Board, he also sits on the Advisory Board for Amegy Bank.

Greg joined Caliber Collision in January, 2011 and oversees Caliber’s marketing department including carrier, agent, consumer and corporate communications, public relations, center branding and customer communications through Caliber’s web site, social media, UpdatePlus messaging system and online reputation management system.
Greg also oversees Caliber’s community involvement programs including Recycled Rides, Rhythm Restoration Food Drive, American Heart Association, Carry The Load and the Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County.
Prior to joining Caliber Collision, Greg was Vice President – Marketing at Safety-Kleen Systems, the largest environmental services company in the U.S.
Before joining Safety-Kleen, Greg served as President or Principal in a number of large Dallas/Ft. Worth advertising agencies while working with blue-chip brands like Home Depot, Travelocity.com, American Airlines, Sabre Worldwide and Lowes Home Improvement.
Greg started his career in New York City handling Procter & Gamble, Extra-Strength Tylenol and Miller Beer marketing and advertising.
Greg has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Washington State University. Greg serves on the Board of Directors of the National Auto Body Council, the North Texas Positive Coaching Alliance and intelliVOL, an online community service enabler.
